Polish cuisine with musical event presenting Polish folk music. The concert is performed by soloists of folk music and dance ensemble (Zespół Pieśni i Tańca Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej “Krakus” im. Wiesława Białowąsa) that specializes in performances of original Polish folk art (including dances such as cracoviennes, mazurkas, kujawiaks and obereks) from different regions of Poland. Guests take part in dance learning activities led by folk showmen and integrate with each other. It is very good venue for the first day of incentive travel.
Traditional Rafting / White Water rafting
We go on a whole day trip to Pieniny Mountains National Park. On our way we stop for a while to see a picturesque castle in Niedzica and a beautiful lake of Czorsztyn. Before we start rafting adventure on the Dunajec River we stop for dinner in Szczawnica - small mountain resort to taste highlanders’ cuisine. After lunch we have 2 options. Traditional way of rafting on Dunajec River with the “Flisak” - local guides on the wooden rafts or white water rafting. It is around 3 hours of rafting through the beautiful Dunajec River Gorge. When we finish we go back to our hotel in Zakopane.
Wieliczka Salt Mine - world famous attraction and one of the oldest preserved salt mines in the world. It is located only 15 km from Krakow. We take a trip down to the salt mine - 135 m under the ground surface with the professional English speaking local guides. It is approx. 1,5 hour trip. During the trip guests meet the good ghost of the mine which gives everybody souvenir gifts. We also taste some salt straight from the mine. After the trip we are invited to one of chambers called “Jana Haluszki” where we have a banquet. We will be accompanied by a live classical music concert. That would be an opportunity to listen to music of renowned polish compositor Fryderyk Chopin. After the Gala we go to back to our hotel and later we organize transfer to the Krakow.
